Exchange Criteria

To be eligible for an exchange at Knit Dreams, the following conditions must be met:

  • The exchange request must be submitted within 72 hours of product delivery. Requests made beyond this timeframe will not be considered.
  • The product must be in its original, unused condition.
  • All original tags should remain attached.
  • The product must be sent back in its original packaging.

Exchange Process

You can initiate an exchange via the My Orders section on our website. Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will inspect the item to ensure it complies with our exchange criteria. If the item is approved, we will proceed with the exchange, which may take up to 30 days to complete.

Please Note:

  • An exchange will only be processed after the returned item is confirmed to meet our criteria.
  • We reserve the right to reject any exchange request if the product fails to meet the required standards.

Exchanges for Products of Equal or Higher Value

We accept exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If you opt for a higher-value item, the price difference must be paid.

No Exchanges or Returns on Customized Products

Customized, altered, or specially tailored products are ineligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Sole Discretion

Exchanges at Knit Dreams are subject to our discretion, ensuring requests are made within the specified 72-hour window post-delivery and the product satisfies our exchange conditions. We hold the right to decline requests that do not align with our policy.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred when returning products for an exchange. We recommend using a traceable shipping service as Knit Dreams is not liable for items lost in transit.

No Refunds

Knit Dreams does not offer refunds. We provide exchanges for products of equivalent or greater value, adhering to the terms above.
